CUSTOMISED EMPLOYEE FOR HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY
Oh! God, private banks in India had eaten the market share of Indian govt. sheltered public sector banks, ICICI has got better brand recognition over State Bank of India, with which a hot discussion came to an end. This thumped me a lot and I made up my mind for detail research. After a through research and study I realized that new generation banks with the usage of technology and professional management they have gained a reasonable position in the banking industry. This is not at all a single instance that substantiates the success of professionally managed business. Apart from this some other facts are need to be taken into consideration, where the business in India has realized the real value of the skilled and knowledgeable professionals. The business in India in this globalised era has made the educational institutes to realize the fact of effective training to meet their requirements, and the institutions except a few all other have failed to provide a mass of well trained and skilled workforce to the business. This made me to think out of box, where I realized and understood the demand of the corporates, where they function under a very competitive and cut-throat market condition; they are in demand of well trained or skilled and knowledgeable work force. This part will never come to an end if the corporates will not give access to the workforce to get trained to attain a required level of skill in addition to the continuous up gradation of knowledge for a stipulated period. Unless the corporates start working on this deficiency they will not get skilled manpower according to their need, who can start performing from the day one when it get join with it. Thus the competitive business demands a customised skilled employee that can perform the role of a nutraliser in structured or unstructured problematic circumstances. This can be strengthened through an another perspective where a prospective candidate gets training for a reasonable time say for six to eight months period before it gets formal entry and in another case if the same prospective candidate obtains the formal training for the period of two to three months, then in such case the exposure in the to the working of the organization holds relatively higher advantage for the earlier prospective candidate. This corroborates that the higher exposure to an external corporate condition enhances the practical knowledge after a specific period of time with enhancing the skill in the same prospective candidate. This skill brings in the efficiency in the functional process when the same works in the same organization and in same condition, But to attain the effectiveness the same prospective candidate has to take up formal education to broaden the knowledge base. Hence to attain the required level of efficiency and effectiveness the prospective candidate must have required level of skill and desired level of knowledge. Hence it can be concluded that for uplifting the productivity of the organization, they should concentrate on employing customised employee. Our move here is to provide a platform by imparting knowledge and improving skill where a prospective candidate will get all possible inputs to attain the required level of efficiency and effectiveness. Realized and then we, here at IIFR implemented by bringing in a Programme where the students will get EIGHT MONTHS on job training along with regular class room teaching. This EIGHT MONTHS of on job training is part of our curriculum and each two months of training carries 4 credit point. Thus our main objective is to produce skilled and efficient workforce, who will perform the helping hand to the organizations where they will work.
