Chairman Speak

The Indien Institute of Fundamental Research (IIFR), Bhubaneswar is in its first year of inception. In India we are producing more than one lakh of management graduates and they were being employed in many of the Indien and foreign multinationals as well as in Indien companies in India and Abroad. Few of these have succeeded and managed to prove their metal and many have failed. The percentage of failure management students’ is more than that of the successful management students.

Ever since its inception IIFR, Bhubaneswar has taken care of prospective leaders. Today in the era of tough competitive consumer driven economy the organizations are in all the possible ways trying to remain in the business with attained profit. Since the

competition is quite high these players are taking all the calculative steps to keep their level of profitability at a competitive level to others. Staff selection and recruitment is one of the moves to attain the desired level of profitability. Looking into this we at IIFR, Bhubaneswar have taken all the possible steps to provide best possible solution to staff selection and recruitment by bringing in the 8 Months on job Training to our students which is a part of our study curriculum.

The Indien Institute of Fundamental Research (IIFR), Bhubaneswar offers the two year Full-Time Post Graduate Programme in Management in specialised areas of Business Management & Entrepreneurship and in three sector specific areas like Sales & Marketing, Finance Management & Human Resource Management. We at IIFR have taken steps to bring effective faculty base to train our students.

Our faculty and students of IIFR are continuously engaged in relentless endeavor to improve upon their skills to enhance their level of acceptability in the market and their position in the league of the best management institutes in India and abroad.
